What kind of role are you looking for?

Analyst roles in business, strategy or growth. I am based in Oslo.

Are you still studying?

Yes. I am doing an MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at BI Norwegian Business School, graduating in 2027.

Do you need a visa to work in Norway?

I am on a student permit today. I hold a bachelor’s degree from a Norwegian university, so I can apply for a skilled worker permit myself, and the salary requirement is rarely an issue.

Do you speak Norwegian?

Yes, I do. Norwegian is the language I use at work every day. My level is intermediate (B1), and Vietnamese is my native language.

What is your personality like?

Easy-going, cheerful and easy to get along with. At work I deliver fast, but I make sure I have my facts right before I speak up.

Are you worried about AI replacing you?

No. AI already does a lot of work well, so my value is in directing it: setting the scope, steering it the right way and training it for the task. My skills are broad, so I am not tied to one tool or one way of working.

Have you done hands-on work?

Yes, a lot. I have worked in many restaurants to pay my way through school, and I still start at 6 am every weekend at Radisson Hotel Fornebu. As an international student I could not get a loan from Lånekassen, and there is no support from the Vietnamese government, so every cost has been on my own shoulders.

Do you have any side projects to show?

Yes! Take a look at my side projects.

Can I get references?

Yes. Email me and I will send them, along with an official transcript.
